One of my great joys is guiding people into creating new positive habits, behaviors and feelings about their bodies. Most of my work is articulating the necessary proven steps to reach your body goals. I’ve done a lot of research to make this simple and safe. We focus on inspiring self-love and self-care because that’s the most powerful and effective way to change your self-image in a meaningful lasting way. I have a giant toolbox of exercises to increase your motivation and create a Life Script that will lead (and allow) you to live a fulfilling, happy life in a body you love. My Philosophy
I’m your coach and I believe it’s my job to provide safe accountability for my clients. We work together to lay ‘the bricks’ for a body you love permanently. We identify what brings you joy in your life, and learn how to cultivate more of that in daily practices. The right mindset is your secret super power. It is the most useful tool when working towards your goals and I will help you develop (and remember) this innate ability in your body wellness journey.
A Gentle Reminder To New Clients
In this day and age of scientific breakthroughs and medical miracles, we ask, “why can’t I lose weight effortlessly?” What we don’t realize is that for permanent weight loss, we need to change what’s going on inside— mentally, emotionally and physically. There is no pill, drink or magic bullet for weight. It is complex, unique, and so much is involved. It’s not just about food and exercise, those are of course key but we must consider many other things such as emotions, stress, relationships, self-love, worthiness, beliefs, fears, habits, old knowns and associations to food and comfort, and (I’m gonna say it) … addiction. All of this is safely considered in my holistic sustainable happy body program. Are you ready to start the journey? I hope so because it’s the greatest gift you can give yourself!
